Return & Refund Policy

All products sold by ContinuumX Research are intended exclusively for laboratory research purposes.

Due to the nature of these products, all sales are considered final once an order has been shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or stored outside of our control.

If you receive:

• •An incorrect product;
• •A product damaged during shipping; or
• •A product that appears to be defective upon arrival,

you must notify ContinuumX Research within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

To assist with our review, we may request:

• •Your order number
• •Photographs of the shipping box
• •Photographs of the shipping label
• •Photographs of the product
• •The applicable lot number
• •A description of the issue

Failure to report an issue within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.

If you believe a product does not conform to its applicable Certificate of Analysis (COA), please contact us before initiating any testing or disposal of the product.

ContinuumX Research may request additional information to evaluate the claim.

If an accredited independent laboratory determines that the identity or purity of a product materially differs from the accompanying Certificate of Analysis for the applicable manufacturing lot, ContinuumX Research may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement product or issue a refund after reviewing the laboratory report and supporting documentation.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund except where required by applicable law:

• •Opened products
• •Used products
• •Products altered after delivery
• •Products stored improperly after delivery
• •Products purchased through unauthorized resellers
• •Products reported outside the required notification period

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return or replacement is the result of an error made by ContinuumX Research.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise authorized in writing.

Orders returned due to:

• •Incorrect shipping information
• •Refusal of delivery
• •Failure to claim a package
• •Failure to comply with carrier delivery requirements

may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

If ContinuumX Research approves a refund, it will generally be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing times depend on the payment processor and the customer’s financial institution and may require several business days to appear on the customer’s account.

ContinuumX Research reserves the right to investigate any request for a return, replacement, refund, or other remedy.

We may request additional information or documentation reasonably necessary to evaluate a claim. ContinuumX Research reserves the right to deny any claim that is determined to be fraudulent, abusive, inconsistent with this Policy, or unsupported by sufficient documentation.

Nothing contained in this Return & Refund Policy alters the Research Use Only status of our products.

All products are sold exclusively for lawful laboratory research purposes and are not intended for human use, veterinary use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, cosmetic use, food use, or household use.
