Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within two (2) business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are processed during our normal business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Order processing times are estimates only and may be extended during periods of high order volume, inventory verification, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

ContinuumX Research ships exclusively within the United States.

Orders may be shipped using one or more reputable shipping carriers, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The shipping carrier selected for an order is determined at our discretion based on destination, package size, service availability, and operational efficiency.

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the shipping destination, package weight, selected shipping service, and any applicable insurance or special handling requirements.

Any shipping promotions or free shipping offers are subject to the terms and conditions advertised at the time of purchase.

Estimated delivery dates provided during checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times are determined by the selected carrier and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, natural disasters, or other events beyond the control of ContinuumX Research.

ContinuumX Research is not responsible for delays occurring after a shipment has been accepted by the carrier.

When available, a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Tracking information may require up to 24 hours to become active after the carrier receives the package.

Ownership of and risk of loss for all products pass to the Buyer when the shipment is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier, ContinuumX Research is not responsible for carrier delays, delivery interruptions, lost packages, theft after delivery, or damage occurring during transit.

Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues after shipment.

If your shipment arrives visibly damaged or appears to be missing items, please notify ContinuumX Research within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

We may request photographs of the packaging, shipping label, product, and any visible damage to assist in evaluating the issue.

ContinuumX Research will reasonably assist customers in filing carrier claims when appropriate; however, approval or denial of any carrier claim remains solely the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time an order is placed.

ContinuumX Research is not responsible for delays, returned shipments, additional shipping charges, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Delivery schedules may be affected by severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, carrier service interruptions, government actions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

ContinuumX Research shall not be liable for delays resulting from these circumstances.

At this time, ContinuumX Research ships only to addresses located within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.
